This website
The hosting provider processes the technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle it, normally no longer than 12 months, unless a customer relationship, a dispute or accounting law requires longer. We use no analytics cookies.
Business contacts
We send short, relevant offers about our services to companies and organizations. We contact you in your professional role, never as a private person.
What we hold and where it comes from. Name, job title, work email address, company name and website, the page where we found the details and the date we found them. Sources: the company's own website, public business directories and company registers.
Why, and on what basis. Direct marketing to businesses, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR and UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We have balanced this against your interests and use only details published in a business context.
Who receives it. Our providers for email, email sending and address checks, acting on our instructions. Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA or the UK, this relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your details.
How long. If you do not reply, we delete your details within 12 months of the first contact. If you ask us to stop, we keep only your email address or domain and the reason on a do-not-contact list so that we never contact you again.
Opting out. Reply "no" or "unsubscribe" to any email, or write to contact@sz9.se. We stop immediately.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, request portability where it applies, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing, at any time. We normally respond within one month and may need to verify your identity. You can complain to a supervisory authority: in Sweden the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), and for UK recipients the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Security
To report a security issue, email contact@sz9.se with "Security" and the product name in the subject. Do not include passwords, customer records or exploit material.
